All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations.
In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who choose not to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. It is impossible for us to fire live rounds through any firearm to determine proper operation. We make no warranty as to complete correct operation of any firearm.
Any description that begins with an asterisk * indicates that item is considered an antique and does not require an FFL for shipping and will be shipped directly to the Buyer UNLESS you live in California, New Jersey or any other states that are above and beyond Federal Firearms Laws.
All books are pre-owned and may have writing inside them, torn or missing dust jackets or pages, dog eared corners, ownership stamps or spine labels.
Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and absentee bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any type of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins.

Buyers who will be picking up at Fogelsville Auction Center must register their pick-up time on SignUp Genius. A link to the sign up will be included with your invoice. All items being picked up must be removed from the auction premises by appointment by 3 PM on Thursday October 3, 2024 unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items is considered forfeit with the buyer still responsible for full payment.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and HiBid will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.

All credit cards will be charged within 18 hours of the end of the auction unless we are notified that you anticipate spending more than $400.00 and do NOT want the credit card on HiBid charged. You must contact us no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Monday September 23, 2024 to arrange an alternate form of payment (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com).
Payment by check or money order must be postmarked by Thursday September 26, 2024. Wire transfer must be initiated by noon on Thursday September 26, 2024. Buyer pays wire transfer fee of $10.00 in addition to invoice total.
If the credit card you have on file with HiBid is declined for any reason other than "Suspicious Activity" you will be billed an additional $25 for Insufficient Funds by the Credit Card Company. Please do everyone the courtesy of making sure that your information on file with HiBid is current and correct before registering for the auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for purchases up to $2,500.00 by existing customers. There is a 3% fee for payment by credit card. Buyers new to Zettlemoyer Auction Co. shall make payment by wire transfer, money order, or cashier's check for any amount over $1,000.00.
6% Pa Sales Tax will be charged unless items are shipped out of state or you have a current PA Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Pennsylvania Sales Tax License. If you are not sure if your Tax Exemption information is on file with us, please check before the auction date.
Invoices/Receipts will be emailed the morning of the next business day.
Checkout
Credit Cards will be charged and invoices / receipts will be emailed within 12 hours of the close of the auction.
Removal
Pick up at Fogelsville Auction Center is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The link to SignUp Genius for scheduling an appointment will be in the email you receive with your invoice/receipt attached. DO NOT create an account on SignUp Genius. On that website pick your date and time slot and sign up. If you purchase a firearm and require a background check, be sure to pick one of the special time slots labeled for that. Please sign up for just one time slot. If you are an FFL holder or only purchased other items pick a time slot NOT labeled for a background check. Once you complete all of the required information on SignUp Genius you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email you are NOT signed up (check your Spam folder).
Shipping -- Shipment of MODERN firearms will be made to FFL holders only & only after we receive a copy of their FFL. Email FFL to info@zettauction.com or fax to 610.395.0227. Be sure Buyer's name & bidder number are included. Items not requiring an FFL will be shipped directly to the Buyer at the address listed on HiBid when you registered for the auction unless we are notified otherwise.
There is a $23.50 per long gun & $15.00 per handgun packing & handling fee in addition to the USPS or UPS shipping & insurance charges. There is an additional $30.00 per firearm charge for shipping to an exporter. All other items will be charged for packing materials and the time it takes to pack & the USPS or UPS shipping charges. These will be charged to your card separately. You will be emailed the amount for packing and shipping along with your tracking info. ALLOW 3 WEEKS for your purchases to be shipped. ALLOW 3 WEEKS after we receive a copy of your FFL for your firearms to be packed & shipped. Shipping is done in the order in which we receive FFLs and payments.
All ammunition is shipped UPS Ground Only unless being picked up.
