Pick Up Information -- -- Pick up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The link to SignUp Genius for scheduling your pick up will be in the email you receive with your invoice attached. You do not need to create an account on SignUp Genius. On that website pick your date and time slot and sign up. If you purchase a firearm and require a background check, be sure to pick one of the special time slots labeled for that. Please sign up for just one time slot. If you are an FFL holder or only purchased other items pick a time slot NOT labeled for a background check. Once you complete all of the required information on SignUp Genius you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email, check your Spam folder you are NOT signed up.

Terms
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who choose not to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Due to the great volume of firearms in this auction it is impossible for us to fire live rounds through every firearm to determine proper operation. We make no warranty as to complete correct operation of any firearm.
Any description that begins with an asterisk * indicates that item is considered an antique and does not require an FFL for shipping. It will be shipped direct to the Buyer unless you live in California, New Jersey or any other states that are above and beyond.
All books are pre-owned and may have writing inside them, torn or missing dust jackets or pages, dog eared corners, ownership stamps or spine labels. If you would like any additional information on the conditions of any books, please email us with the lot number(s) at info@zettauction.com.
We will be happy to respond to any questions by email or phone concerning condition and you may request additional higher resolution photos. Please submit all questions and photo requests to us by NOON on Thursday November 30, 2023.
Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and absentee bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
BUYERS with an invoice total over $400.00 who do NOT want the credit card on HiBid charged must contact us by noon on Monday December 4, 2023 (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com). If all lines are busy LEAVE A MESSAGE. Buyers who will be picking up at Fogelsville Auction Center must register their pick-up time on SignUp Genius. A link to the sign up will be included with your invoice.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 4 PM December 15, 2023, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items is considered forfeit with the buyer still responsible for full payment.
Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and HiBid will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.

All invoices under $400 will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. You may pay invoices over $400 by cash or check at pickup.
BUYERS with an invoice total over $400.00 who do NOT want the credit card on HiBid charged must contact us no later than noon on Monday December 4, 2023 to arrange an alternate form of payment (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com). Payment by check or money order must be postmarked by Tuesday December 5, 2023. Wire transfer must be initiated by noon on Tuesday December 5, 2023. Buyer pays wire transfer fee of $10.00 in addition to invoice total.
If the credit card you have on file with HiBid is deemed to be invalid or to have insufficient funds available or suspended by your credit card company or bank for any reason when Zettlemoyer Auction Co. LLC attempts to charge your card you will be billed an additional $25 for the time spent on emails and phone calls with you to get a valid credit card. Please do everyone the courtesy of making sure that your information on file with HiBid is current and correct. If you make any changes to this information after registering for this auction, please contact us directly and inform us of these changes (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com).
Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for purchases up to $2,500.00 by existing customers. There is a 3% fee for payment by credit card. Buyers new to Zettlemoyer Auction Co. shall make payment by wire transfer, money order, or cashier's check for any amount over $1,000.00.
If you are picking up at Fogelsville Auction Center, please notify us at SignUp Genius of your payment method. Anyone picking up any firearm or firearm lots that sell for $100.00 or less that require a background check will be charged for the background check. That charge is $10.00 for the first firearm and $2.00 for each additional firearm. There is no charge for the background check for any firearms that sell over $100.00 per lot or for lots that do not require a background check.
6% Pa Sales Tax will be charged unless items are shipped out of state or you have a current PA Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Pennsylvania Sales Tax License. If you are not sure if your Tax Exemption information is on file with us, please check before the auction date.
Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
Removal
Shipping Information -- Shipment of MODERN firearms will be made to FFL holders only & only after we receive a copy of their FFL. Email FFL to info@zettauction.com or fax to 610.395.0227. Be sure Buyer’s name & bidder # are included. Items not requiring an FFL will be shipped directly to the Buyer.
There is a $23.50 per long gun & $15.00 per handgun packing & handling fee in addition to the USPS shipping & insurance charges. There is an additional $30.00 per firearm charge for shipping to an exporter.
All other items will be charged for packing materials and time it takes to pack & the USPS or UPS shipping charges. These will be charged to your card separately. You will be emailed the amount for packing and shipping along with your tracking info.
ALLOW 3 WEEKS for your purchases to be shipped. ALLOW 3 WEEKS after we receive a copy of your FFL for your firearms to be packed & shipped. Shipping is done in the order in which we receive FFLs and payments.
All ammunition is shipped UPS Ground Only unless being picked up.
