All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Zettlemoyer Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who choose not to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Due to the great volume of firearms in this auction it is impossible for us to fire live rounds through every firearm to determine proper operation, we therefore rely on information provided by consignors on operation and/or condition that may not be able to be easily viewed. We make no warranty as to complete correct operation of any firearm.
Any description that begins with an asterisk * indicates that item is considered an antique and does not require an FFL for shipping. It will be shipped to the Buyer.
All books are pre-owned and may have writing inside them, torn or missing dust jackets or pages, dog eared corners, ownership stamps or spine labels. If you would like any additional information on the conditions of any books, please email us with the lot number(s) at info@zettauction.com.
We will be happy to respond to any questions by email or phone concerning condition and you may request additional higher resolution photos. Please submit all questions and photo requests to us by NOON on Thursday March 2, 2023.
Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC is providing internet pre-auction and absentee bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Zettlemoyer Auction Co., LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction begins. Zettlemoyer Auction Company, LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
BUYERS with an invoice total over $400.00 who do NOT want the credit card on Proxibid charged must contact us by noon on Monday March 6, 2023 (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com). If all lines are busy LEAVE A MESSAGE. Buyers who will be picking up at Fogelsville Auction Center must register their pick-up time on SignUp Genius. A link to the sign up will be included with your invoice.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 4 PM March 17, 2023, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be borne by the buyer.
Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and Proxibid will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
By bidding and buying in this auction buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and no bidder shall retract his bid.
Payment
Cash or check at pickup. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, check, wire transfer (buyer pays additional $10.00 wire transfer fee). 3% credit card fee. Any buyer whose total invoice is over 400.00 has the option to not have their credit card charged if we are notified no later than noon Monday March 6.For all other buyers the card you registered on Proxibid will be charged for your purchases.
Checkout
Credit cards on Proxibid will be charged starting at 12 noon on Monday March 6, 2023. Unless we are notified otherwise.
Removal
Pick Up will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY at Fogelsville Auction Center. Your invoice from Proxibid will include a link to SignUp Genius for you to select your date and time.
